Position: DevOps Engineer 

Our deployments span several geographies and range from private data centers to public clouds. We’re putting up pipelines for infrastructure as code, intelligent monitoring and CI/CD, among other things. As our deployments expand, these will get more advanced. 

Qualifications & Skills 

• 2-3 years of DevOps/SysOps experience 
• Proficient in the Linux command line 
• Strong understanding of computer networking fundamentals 
• 2 years of experience on AWS 
• Comfortable programming in one or more scripting languages 
• Enjoys tinkering with tooling. Find easier ways to handle systems by doing some research. Strong awareness around build vs buy 
• Working knowledge of Hashicorp’s tools, including Nomad, Consul, Terraform, Packer and Vault 
• Good database knowledge and familiarity with popular databases such as MySQL, Postgres, Cassandra, Redis, and others.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English. Enjoy writing crisp and understandable documentation

Position: Sr. Backend developer – Java

Java is used to run our main issuance and processing system. This system is also in charge of the user experience for card issuance and management. Our services are built with the Spring Boot platform.

It will be a hands-on position in which each team member enjoys producing high-quality code and benefits from each other’s experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4-8 years of Java experience / Micro services.
• B.E / B.Tech degree is a must.
• Experience in Sprinboot is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases -SQL.
• Ability to create clean data models for difficult problem areas.
• A pragmatic approach to architecture and design, which recognises when it’s OK to diverge from best practices for the sake of practicality.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills. Is comfortable writing crisp and understandable documentation.

Position: Business Development Manager

We’re looking for Business Development Manager who can work with sales directors and close high-value long-term deals with a focus on new business development. With the support of the solutioning team, the key responsibilities will be to assist, carry and close sales cycles.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Work closely with the sales and solutioning teams, reporting to the Director of Sales

• Augment sales process with key skills like client interaction, documentation and reporting.

• Interact with numerous stakeholders in the customer team on a daily basis throughout the deal lifecycle

• Supports sales and delivery processes between customers and internal teams like solutioning, finance and legal for deal closure

• Should be able to provide Card91 product and service training

• Manage the sales pipeline and give regular reports to management

• Provide any input that is important to the company to management

Location- Bangalore

Qualifications & Skills

• 10- 15 years of enterprise sales experience is a must.

• MBA or a degree from a reputable university is a must.

• A Fintech/BFSI sales background is a must, and expertise of payments, lending and other financial services is a plus

• When it comes to long sales cycles, a team player with a lot of patience is a must

• Must be exceptional in the documentation process creating exception pitch decks, diligently managing proposals, contracts etc

• A good listener who can analyze customer wants and feedback to guarantee that the services provided are constantly improved

• A dedicated professional who can regularly deliver in a high-pressure atmosphere, as well as be proactive and evolve on a regular basis

Position: Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Location: Noida and Bangalore
The role of the Technical Program Manager begins as soon as a company client’s sales cycle is completed. A TPM serves as a single point of contact for clients, guiding them from “after sales” to “live implementation.” At the very least, TPMs are designed to handle a few single-digit customers at a time.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Card91’s SPOC for the client’s business and technical team
• Coordination of the client’s business, technical and design teams with Card91’s business, technical and design teams
• Provide detailed API explanation and Sandbox / Live business portal’s demonstrations to the client’s teams
• Daily coordination with multiple teams on the client’s and Card91’s end to facilitate seamless integration and testing
• Supervise testing on various platforms, QA and UAT, as well as sign off on the client’s API integration

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics.
• Total Experience of 3 to 4 years.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in API development and integrations.
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with other teams (external or internal) in an on online or offline mode
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Financial services experience is a must.
